When to use it

Use this on a batch of claims before approving them. The output worth having is not the list of breaches but the list of things your policy does not actually cover, which is why the same argument recurs every month.

What to replace

{{CLAIMS}}: The claims: claimant, date, category, amount, description, and whether a receipt is attached.
{{POLICY}}: Your expense policy in full, with section numbers if it has them.
{{CONTEXT}}: Anything unusual about the period: travel, an event, a client visit, a site emergency.

How to use it

Paste the whole policy. A summary produces judgements it cannot quote a clause for.
Treat section 3 as a monthly list of policy edits; it is the only section that stops the problem recurring.
Take section 4 to the claimant as a question, never as an accusation.

What to change

Add your approval thresholds so it can say who needs to sign each exception.
Add the categories that always need a receipt regardless of amount.
Ask for it grouped by claimant when you are reviewing a team rather than a period.
