Write four interview questions that test this skill. For each one, give:

- THE QUESTION, as you would say it out loud.
- WHY IT WORKS: what it makes the candidate demonstrate rather than describe.
- A STRONG ANSWER includes: two or three specific things to listen for.
- A WEAK ANSWER sounds like: the pattern that suggests they have not done it, such as staying general, or describing what the team did rather than what they did.
- A FOLLOW-UP to use if the first answer is vague.

Rules:
